The Inquisition has been here before. They visited to ease the tensions between Clan Frandruil and the human village Kaladoun. As they left, peace had seemed to be reached. The Clan's Keeper, Shoshanna, has not kept up her part of the treaty. The Clan was meant to leave and give the village space, but it seems there's always a good reason to stay in place. The Clan's First, Janna, has put aside her pride to reach out to the Inquisition for help. As she has been regularly communicating with the Dalish liaison for the Inquisition, Cyril has agreed to put together a team and help the clan vacate.
While they are there they will break into two groups, one will help the Clan pack up and the other will go into the village and ease tensions there. Once the Clan is ready, all members of the Inquisition who came will reunite and help the Clan move to a new location and settle, to help them get back into the spirit of the nomadic lifestyle.

"It went as well as can be expected." Her brow furrows over as she thinks of Halamshiral and how little the Inquisition would be able to do to change things there, wondering if the top brass even wanted to change things. "The elves there are distrustful of us, and they've every right to be. I don't think half the supplies ended up where they should - it seems people are more willing to sell them on the black market than actually use them to cure their sick and infirm."
...I missed this when skimming through for tags, I'm so sorry.
"I thank you for your generosity, my lady, and will keep it in mind for the future."
The other has him sobering up, though. "That... happens. Elves or humans, if they've struggled sometimes their views have narrowed down to survival in the moment just so they can make it another day. Selling the objects brings food to the table today as opposed to healing items that will help in a week. I saw it a great deal in Darktown, but what matters is that you did help and they'll remember it. You may have saved a life. Remember that, not what they did with the supplies."
