Having a tail is certainly a different experience, taking a little time in getting used to the new appendage, noting how it actually felt and that it only had a certain range of motion. Walking on all fours was different as well, but Sam took to it rather easily, moving around in circles and zig zagging. Actually like this walking was a lot more natural than him trying to do it on hands and knees while as a human. Course there had been some strange looks when he had been doing so while he was with the dogs, but it seemed to have paid off.
Hearing the huff, Sam stops moving, ears perking up as his head turns noise, nose instinctively sniffing at the air. Sam snorts softly, a bit surprised by just how sensitive his nose and ears were. Seeing what the wolf was doing he slowly moves over, leaning in a bit to sniff lightly at the spot she was digging at. When she suddenly turns and starts heading off, Sam pauses for a moment, head tilting to a side slightly before he goes after her. Moving faster than a walk takes a little bit of coordinating, but after a little bit Sam sets into a comfortable trot to keep up.
