I can't exactly promise a respite from it, but I don't think you're a demon," Justice isn't so quick to agree there, "so if you wanted to come by the lower camp sometimes, when it gets to be a little much, you're likely to find me there. Himself, Cole, River, the former two at least aren't entirely human anymore, and he's not sure about the latter. The Outsider hasn't tried to make any offers or bargains, so Anders will give him a chance to show that he's no demon, but simply one of the people who aren't altogether normal.
