Lena goes into stealth mode, which basically means she hugs the wall and waits for her moment. When she sees it coming up, she does a move with a vial of poison from her belt, popping the cork and flicking her wrist downward, so the poison pours out and coats her blade. Then she slips forward to the second hurlock, who thinks it's getting a free shot at her friend since Korrin is busy slaughtering the first. Instead, the second hurlock gets a surprise when Lena appears seemingly out of nowhere and slams both daggers straight into its side, the poison ripping through its veins.

She pulls the daggers out, using the shock of the attack as a moment of buffer so she can twirl around the foul creature and dig the sharp blades into its back next. Then all it takes is a couple additional slashes before it collapses with a grunt.
