If Leliana chooses to believe in the power of her god and of her messiah, then by all means, there's nothing Hermione can - or would want to - do about it. That's what choice and free will are, after all. Besides, she isn't saying that this temple hadn't actually been sacred, only that Andrastians would have to re-asses whether their faith has been shaken or if it's stronger than any material earthly matters.

While she can agree easily enough to that first part of Leliana's response, that question catches her off-guard, and she frowns slightly as she tries to parse it out. "What do you mean? Do I think independently? I would say so, yes."
