“Side benefits include eating more and not putting it on, if you keep up with it that is, a fine balance but you build up muscle each time you do it.” Well, provided one doesn’t overindulge because the food here isn’t what she’s used to and she always feels guilty about how much she leaves on her plate; Lux would roll like a barrel if she fed him all that she leaves, his nose always sniffing for whatever he can get. “Some will laugh but how often are you able to look up and see so nice a view without lying down in the street? Give it time and people will just so happen to find themselves down here gazing up, arguing over who has the nicer backside.” She’s speaking from experience, something that takes a bit of getting used to but it only added to the reputation she had back home.

“I was more than a month each time with my wrists, no magic just a big ugly splint and a sling. A day to heal a bone. One day. Then poof, better. I can’t imagine such a thing!” It delights her, really, not enough to go break something but that it could ever be so quick without all that time cooped up bored out of her mind, having to walk everywhere because running jostled it too much in the sling no matter how carefully she tied it.

“If ever there’s a situation that involves a big jump from anywhere, if they’re that good at protecting people, it’d be useful. Hitting the water hard knocks the breath out of you, anything harder hurts so bad you have a good few moments of lying there stunned. Those terror demons like to knock people flat and if anyone is too close to a ledge…” She trails off, not really needing to finish and true, she would suggest ropes and spikes for scaling mountains but you don’t always plan ahead with these things. “But look, you have made it, all the way to the top. Someday you’ll be able to stand all the way up there and leap down.” There being the highest point of Skyhold. After all, everyone needs a goal.

“So, shall I demonstrate falling then come back up to advise or should I talk you through it and then you just try it. Really it’s about staying limp, arms out, and the piles are arranged to allow for anyone listing to one side or the other.”
