Greatswords are not something he's learned to use. Daggers, one-handed swords, a mace are more under his belt from his past lessons, but anything two-handed that wasn't a staff he had never learned. Then again he wasn't really learning an actual greatsword. It didn't have the weight behind it, which was good in his case, but he still didn't have the basics behind it to know very well how to use it properly.

He's pondering just that when he hears Korrin behind him, his eyes moving away from the hilt to look at the Knight-Enchanter. "At last? Is there a bet going for it?" he asks back with a smile, turning more fully to speak with Korrin better. Humming lightly he looks at the hilt again then raises it for Korrin to look at better. "No, no Knight-Enchanter training here. I found it in the Western Approach. Wasn't quite expecting this."
