We cannot exactly put a request on the bulletin board or hold a meeting over it to place a vote- not without a lot of suspicion and lurking from templars. As I said- recent history with mages and their leaders makes people weary. There was a vote, it wasn't what the templars or the Chantry wished to hear, people died. I came here to get away from that.
