Owwww, oh no. He had hoped to gather the energy to pick himself up before anyone came through. Looks like it's too late for that, but it's at least not one of the healers here to scold him. That's good. He's not exactly in the mood for a lecture. Unfortunately, he can't hide the pained expression or other signs of injury.
