He merely nods at her assessment of Kirkwall and allows her to focus the topic on the Chant. Even among places where there were atrocities, Kirkwall was particularly bad. Some of that was the fault of one of the mage associates here to help, but he won't point that out.

I suppose it must be quieter there now, after Her Holiness has gone, but the architecture has been made so the acoustics are like a blessing itself. The chapel at Skyhold is a little small, but perhaps you could visit a chantry in one of the countryside towns and hear the townsfolk instead."
