The wagon fortunately (or unfortunately?) doesn't contain any secret compartments of any sort - for all intents and purposes it just seems like a normal, albeit broken, wagon.

What is of interest is something that's at the end of the wagon; its a large, rectangular shape, covered up with a faded Templar tapestry. Near the bottom there seems to be a small lump that sticks out a little too much to be natural.
