"I can't deny that our cause has progressed at a pace slower than I'd like. That said, I am grateful for the slaying of the Nightmare, and the subsequent loosened hold on the Grey Wardens. I was never under direct control, but...the corruption still called to me. Living without that has been far more preferable." She holds back from getting into too much detail, not knowing what Hermione does about Warden taint and trying to keep at least some of their practices from non-members.
"I know there's a lot more work ahead, though. Sometimes it seems endless. The thought of their red lyrium spreading elsewhere keeps me up at night more times than I should admit."
