Logan had little enough to spend, but something to fiddle with and keep his mind off the shard, keep his hands busy, might be good. He kept his left hand concealed behind his back as he approached the stall. It was clenching and flexing and he didn't have the energy to make it hold still. But maybe an actual distraction would make it easier.

"This is clever," he observed, picking up a puzzle box. "We have something like it in my realm."
