Realizing how many times she just said the word 'thing,' she waves a hand vaguely and then grabs onto the peeled potatoes for dear life. "Well, you'll see. So... yes. You go ahead and do that. Once you're done, you don't have to peel the whole stem but there might be some harder spots that'll need removing. And I'll chop these potatoes up into chunks while you do all that." That at least she can manage without much issue, if still a little slower than usual.
