It's strange for Cade, to relate to someone. But something about the look on Araceli's face wakes in him the realization that perhaps this is how he looks, when he starts to let the fear creep in.
He nods uncertainly, if only because this person is a near stranger and he's terrified of her partner. "If... you fix it, let me know how," he says quietly, with a small and sympathetic smile.
