Cade flushes a bright red and quickly looks away, curling a hand over his mouth as though afraid of what he'll say if he doesn't. "Um," he mumbles into it, "yes. Much better." He's of the 'try to forget a thing ever happened and hope it never comes back to haunt you' school of coping, which has gotten increasingly difficult with basically everyone in the vicinity knowing who he is and what he did.
