As far as she knew, Cosima just disappeared, and based on their last conversation, Delphine read into to it and came out with an entirely incorrect conclusion. So she was surprised to actually be approached by Cosima, but kept it hidden well enough. But she didn't hold back the wry laugh that escaped her throat. She's left behind 'do no harm' the minute she's held a gun, or better yet, tortured Rachel.
"I see you're still cheeky," with that she turned to face her, dagger going back into it's sheath. "'Do no harm' never meant pacifism. 'Just war' applies here." Just war has been applied to her for some time now, but she keeps that to herself.
