Or they assume she's Carta, which she is not, and that she knows what Orzammar looks like, which she doesn't. "They're a bit closed off, but I don't take it personally - even the Inquisition's forces are griping about just about everything, but at least they're civil. It's harder to follow that kind of advice whilst the people you're trying to help are throwing names at you, though."
