The 'thank you' isn't very loud, but enough to catch his attention and have him stop what he was doing. His head raises and turns to look over his shoulder, noting the slight change in Krem's position before noticing the slightly opened eye watching him.

Slowly Sam finishes in pulling off the last bit of the armor and sets it down quietly with the rest, his eyes still focused on Krem. He gives a small smile after that, wiping his hands on his shirt to dry them off a bit.
