"I've never really had much in the way of pet animals, and they aren't
allowed on the Enterprise," he shook his head. "Besides, I don't want these
guys going into stuff like that. I would rather have them here, waiting for
us, to keep Sam and me company when we're out separate. They do say having
a pet helps the blood pressure, you know."
