So straightforward. It was refreshing, actually. Orlais had left a bad taste in his mouth months ago, and even outside of that country there felt like one to many political and words games to be played here at times. The brash, straight forwardness of Alexander was refreshing, and something he was familiar with as he could do very much the same thing when need called for it.

How many times had James T. Kirk simply dragged the worlds along behind him as he solved a problem? Either you were with him, or you got out of his way. His reputation had not sprung from nothing, after all.

"And begin our friendship with lies? Never, Alexander!"
