Iskandar was rather quick to notice someone people watching. Not because that someone stood out necessarily but more that the someone didn't. He rather liked people watchers actually. They always had such interesting observations of the world.

So of course he went over to the man and gave him a large smile. "Good evening! I am Iskandar. Who might you be, my friend?"
