It's quite the catch. Personally, Anders doesn't think they would have listened, but he's aware of how little faith he has in people, especially the religious ones. But they'll never know which way it would have gone and that's probably for the better.

"Sometimes it seems like being a martyr would be the easiest path there is." He and Justice had been ready for it, back in Kirkwall. Now he's got reasons to live which include the creature currently trying to lure him into falling for the exposed -tummy trick and a man riding not too far away. "It's better to live and try to sway people in person, I think. Then again, there's Andraste."
