Sansa colors a little and hopes she can blame her pinkening cheeks on the cold and not the compliment. Accepting praise from Tyrion is something new for her, truthfully, but she's trying her best to do it. When he says it, it means something and it's good; Tyrion doesn't mean to use her charms against her.
