He'd been following her, invisible of course. He knew that she wanted to explore and that she was a slippery thing. However, she also deserved her freedom. So Iskandar had been invisible as he'd followed after her to let her figure out this underground world. Well, up until the spider showed up. Where there was one there were usually more so he reappeared behind her and reached out with one large hand to grab the back of her clothes so he could haul her up close to his chest, his sword in his other hand to cut through the spider before it could properly strike.

"There will be no little Elves for you today, monster!" He gave a roar as he cut through the head so he could keep his charge safe, eyes looking around for other spiders or other possible dangers as he backed them back up the path.
