"I swear, he was easier to manage when I was nineteen," he muttered, more to himself than to Kirk. But with that tiniest bit of anger vented, Waver perked his head up.
"We're stuck going after him, but do you want to focus on rescue once we're inside, or backing up the giant who's decided to ignore us? After we get through the fighting, mind you."
