"The goal is to have cycles and gradual increments in course level, that way there's always a few introductory courses going on for new rifters and others who are simply interested, and then continued engagement for those who have gone beyond the basics. There's build in flexibility for the instructors too in case anyone needs to duck out for a week or so."
