Waver immediately began to shovel the hay into the satchel, padding it out so it would be open to it's fullest dimensions. He tried his best to make little compartment areas as well, although they were less thick walls and more thin hills that would probably rattle about regardless.

"Progress only happens with experimentation," he agreed, trying to smooth a few areas down for the sake of putting the grenades in. "Place them in and then I'll add in more padding."
