Cedric Marquette is far from Riftwatch's largest problem, at present or generally. He is, however, a solvable one in Julius's estimation. There is nothing in particular to indicate that he has any convictions driving his work to assist the Venatori. As far as the intelligence they've gathered suggestions, Marquette is driven mainly by ego (primarily) and the desire for wealth (secondarily but still strongly). Hardly unusual motivations, as they go, but both leave him vulnerable to a bit of well-applied leverage, positive or ... less positive.

Julius has sent out teams of two to poke into the corners of Marquette's life and see what shakes loose. With some luck, Riftwatch might be able to cross one minor headache off a list of them that remains entirely too long.
