Waver nods, listening carefully. Too much was in the air, but the mediating role, that was a good angle to hold onto. "A general mediating body might be what this place needs. Then again, I do wonder if an outsider's perspective contributes to that."

Always, always, always Waver's mind came back to that point. At the end of the day, he wasn't born here. He'd never have that perspective.
