Iskandar had done some investigation of his own before forming his team. Easy enough to do when one could become invisible at will. He'd only needed to do so then wait a few days to see who was stealing from the warehouses. Of course, the culprit soon turned out to be culprits. Three different groups to be precise. What was interesting was that none of them had anything to do with each other. They were all just there for their own reasons.
With that in mind, he found three who had some time to help him our. Anders, Sam, and Jim. It was helpful to have two healers in the group and equally as helpful to have someone with some charm under his belt like himself. Not to mention they were all quite strong together.
So now with his mabari pup at his side, he waited in the shadows with them on a few different days...
A. Who let the dogs out?
"Keep quiet. We may be able to just catch them," Iskandar whispered to the others, hand up and eyes trained on the dogs.

B. Just a thief in the night
With a hand up, he waited for them all to funnel through, nodding to the others to spread out quietly while he went to the tunnel entrance. Once they were all through, he stood the best chance of keeping any of them from slipping through it again just with his sheer size.
Not yet though. Just a little bit more...

C. Please sir can I have some more
These thieves were the street urchins of Kirkwall. Hungry and dirty and ready to snatch food and things they could sell for some coin. Iskandar admired their cleverness in pulling this off but he also knew that handling these things the way they had the others wouldn't work.
So for these he'd asked the others to wait in the shadows with him again but had warned them in advance that this last group was going to be especially challenging. Hence why he'd made sure they all had food on them now. After all, children should not be handled the same as dogs or adult smugglers.
