Iskandar had been purchasing some wine elsewhere when he heard the man confront the seller of medicine. Looking over, he frowned some then put a smile on his face as he went over to see what was going on, the box with bottles of wine in it balanced on his shoulder.

Sometimes just showing a sheer amount of size could put an end to confrontation in his experience.
