Now that she has come around more to his side, she can see that's a blindfold, not a head-rag for keeping sweat out of one's eyes. She has never actually met a blind person before--city people and Circle mages in general are challenge enough for her. How does one act, around someone who cannot see?
Like a mom getting her hair pulled, is what she decides. It's fine, her hair is in braids so it doesn't hurt much. Next, she acts like a researcher in a strange country, stepping up to peer at the glyphs.
"That's quite brilliant. Do they send you some manner of sensation as you draw close, or are you accustomed to keeping in touch with the magic around you so it's more of a map, or...?"
