He smiles after the kiss, though it's not the most confident expression. Nate loves him. He's not going to want to be done with Anders suddenly because of that, not because of looks that will fade in time.

Anders leans against Nate. "I'd like that. There's... sometimes there's so much going on that it seems impossible to get away from it. Every time I think maybe things will get better, they have a way of doing the opposite. Except when I'm with you."
