Glancing down at the legs aimed at his own, Salem dodged back, bent to the side to avoid the punch, but it left his side exposed. She was a damn sight faster than most things he had experience fighting, and that third blow connected in a way that would surely leave a large, ugly bruise on his side. He groaned, but he didn't fall or even step back. With her leg still within range, his arm wrapped around the back of her knee, lifting it up to keep her perched on one foot.
"Very nice. Looking forward to going out and cracking a few skulls with you," he grunted, then turned in place, swinging her around and letting her go when the momentum was enough that she'd end up out of reach of him again.
