"Excursion?" As intriguing as the Elf's talk of fish chowder and larger kitchens was, the word excursion caught Sam's interest first. He'd never considered that he'd be required to go anywhere else in Thedas, now that he'd been brought safely back to Skyhold from the Fallow Mire, and his brow wrinkled in sudden confusion and concern. He'd had more than enough travelling cross country back home, before he'd found himself here, and the thought of yet more walking through unknown territory (and perhaps into unknown danger) wasn't an especially welcome one.

"Do...do you think that's likely?" he asked warily, watching the Elf's face. "That we should find ourselves sent on some excursion north, or anywhere else?"
