He starts hastily dipping the quill into the ink, a rush of words coming to mind. But he doesn't write yet, pondering over which of those is the right place to start. "You're right, of course... No rash actions should be taken at this time, but we should prepare. I'll need to keep in close contact with them, in order to learn of what's happening out there... and of what we should do to lend aid."
