Though, that's assuming this spy even hails from the Mage Council all together. They're at war here. Maybe the true enemy they face sent spies here already.
"A description if you will." He says to Nerva while thinking of all the possibilities that would've invited a spy amongst their ranks. "Even though the spy escaped from here, I'm certain they would linger in Skyhold briefly before taking their leave."
