No, not really. At least not for me personally. I wasn't raised in the Circle, I just ended up living there for half my life. The Chantry is going to be hard pressed if they decide to reinstate the Circles again. Many mages will probably go back to them. That's their choice. I enjoy not living behind walls and having options, and whether or not I should take them.
