He does sound Fereldan and it bothers him sometimes, but it's one of the smaller things that bother him, all told. What matters far more is that Zevran has just called him friend and is seemingly trying to help. It could be a trick, but frankly, he knows just enough about the Crow to figure he doesn't need tricks.
