He has to think about it as she describes it. Not just the trap, but the circumstances, too. Life in Baldur’s Gate wasn’t always pretty— in fact it could be down right monstrous for the poor or unlucky, the ones that didn’t know how to navigate the worst of those glittering lights— but you’d never have to deal with something like that inside the city. Not even chasing down ruffians or bandits outside of it, for that matter.
