Her smile is wry, because she knows all her advice is much easier said than done.
"Like you said, when you were a queen, you had many other responsibilities that I'm sure took you a lot to get used to. And now, as a member of the Forces division, you need to allow yourself the same courtesy. Perhaps even more, since... all of this is different. You are someone who's doing something, now. And in the future, when it matters, you will again. But it doesn't mean that you're losing who you are."
