He grins. "Well, as long as you had fun. I don't really enjoy completely losing -- so I don't." Fate ensures that.

With a sigh, he finishes his own mug. "Hmm, suppose that's one of the nice things about being a mage. Sometimes, I can get away with getting not a single scratch on me. I'm not always that lucky, though. I've never fallen asleep while a Chantry sister or Templar lectured me about the Maker."
