Gott mit uns?

WHO: Martin and Cullen
WHAT: Martin is getting an official job, not everyone is going to like it.
WHEN: 15th of Wintersbreath
WHERE: Cullen's office, training field
NOTES: Getting things setup? IDK

Perhaps he was starting to feel like he wasn't being as helpful as he could be; for the most part he's just busied himself with learning more about this strange world that he's found himself in and joining in the odd expedition outside of Skyhold. But lately Walker has taken to looking at, and silently judging, the recruits.

Maybe it was just out of habit, but the way they marched, the way some seemed to show little respect for their officers, and how little instructors there seemed to be, bugged him. After chewing it over in his mind for a bit, he decided that perhaps he could help out with that.

So now he found himself in front of the Inquisition Commander's door, knocking on it in a respectful manner before taking a step back.

"Enter!" Cullen shouts, but it's only over the dim roar of people talking in his office. There are a few soldiers and scouts in there already, and it's only because people came in two at a time and never left. There were reports coming in from all over Thedas and all seemed to require his attention.

With the newest addition, Cullen sends the others on their way, one of them with a promise to come visit the Tavern in the upcoming days. Apparently there is talk of the Commander being too up in his work.

Cullen motions to Martin to enter deeper into his office, and he fixes the pile of paperwork before he responds. "Your services?" He appreciates the thought. Cullen could always use more people willing to fight with the Inquisition.

"What do your services entail?"

"You're a soldier, then." He responds at first, looking at Martin directly. He had that look about him, definitely not someone you'd find tending a field or livestock.

"The Inquisition had many a hand that need to be trained. And they will not trust exactly everyone." There is a reason you don't find Knight-Enchanters training alongside the soldiers or the like. Superstition. He's heard many of the recruits don't exactly rust a lot of the Rifters, and for good reason. "I'd recommend training with them first, to build up a rapport with them. But I am willing to accept your help."
