There's work to be done, of course, but when he gets to kick his feet up, he doesn't tend to stray far from the palazzo. There are books here, after all, and while there's no way he'll get around to reading many of them, he has to start somewhere. You might find him lounging on a windowsill in the evening flipping through a tome by candlelight. But he can definitely participate in some games or listen to someone play music.

The courtyard is also a lovely visit, though he's loathe to take too much of a wander around without a buddy. Even within the bounds of the palazzo, can anyone be too careful?

The architecture and decoration gets commented on, but the most important part is: bed. The first time he lays in one, he practically sinks like a stone, and he lets out a near-obscene groan.

"This place is gonna be the death of me." Hopefully not literally! "It'll ruin me for anywhere else. Can we take the beds with us? Please? Maybe pilfer a couple of birds for their feathers?"
