The doors, for the record, open with a very modest chime, and only for the lobby. Futuristic Disney experiences everywhere else.

The mace is a problem, but one hundred percent not as much of one as it should be, especially in proximity to Iron Man. Maybe Ellis is a less shiny Asgardian, for all they know, therefore licensed to carry around big menacing medieval weaponry on the open street. Tony had already suggested he put that thing away, to little avail.

In we go. There's a panel of buttons on the wall that Tony touches none of, sliding his hands into jacket pockets instead as the elevator takes off anyway.

"Red means urgently stop," he is saying, back to them and facing the doors in customary elevator stance. He, at least, grants Ellis leeway, refusing to make himself crazy over everything. "And green means calmly proceed. If I get you the projections for collisions and mortality rates if we overhauled a hundred-year old traffic system, will you quit? Honestly, legal could probably get into a fun thought exercise—"

Which is when the back of the elevator apparently falls away, where the clear glass that contains them is exposed to the open view of the city, as they swiftly rise.
