Tony's hands drum restlessly against his thighs as he pushes his weight back onto his feet, turning. His energy has gotten tauter since, say, floor 40, but there's still a little flourish to a gesture as he says, "Jarvis, why don't you show them around while I fix us something."
"Certainly, sir."
A metaphoric tour, it seems, as a holographic depiction of the Avengers Tower blinks to life in the centre of the room, slowly rotating. As if from a script, Jarvis begins a (mildly out of date) spiel: "Stark Tower is the only independently powered building in Manhattan today. It was disconnected from the main grid in 2012, and is now run entirely off of a wholly clean, renewable energy source developed from Tony Stark's patented arc reactor technology. With 93-storeys, Stark Tower boasts world-class amenities, luxury apartments, and state of the art..."
And so on.
There's a bar just over → here, where Tony is fossicking around for something chilled, yanking cork out of slender wine bottle.
"...and as in most modern high-rise buildings, its glass windows are laminated with a polymer interlayer. Thus, in the event of the glass layers shattering, the windows themselves will remain in one piece..."

Okay, maybe Jarvis improvised a little.
