"I know I signed up for this, but Jesus," Ellie mumbles, staring at the spread of clothes laid out for her behind the dressing screen. She has no idea how half of this shit goes on, and it makes her feel dangerously close to stupid.

The tunic and underthings, sure. She can manage those. Even the stockings. The underskirt and the topskirt, sure- The contraption that goes around her waist just fucking baffles her.

Yseult had said to ask if she needed any help, so Ellie sucks it up, comes out with the thing around her waist and chest but not cinched properly. She's completely covered, just -- rumpled.

"... do I have this upside-down?" she asks, scowling at the thing she's holding in place with her hands. And possibly backwards. Shit, maybe she should've gone to Gela or Wysteria first, they would've taught her the basics.
