Xiomara grins at him. For what it's worth, it's the same way she'd grin at him if he weren't blushing. It's possible she thinks it's her due and so is unfazed by it; it's equally possible she hasn't noticed, busy taking in so many unfamiliar details and sounds and smells that there's no space to register the degree of red in someone's cheeks.
