"It does," he confirms, frowning at the spot where something else should be but is not. After a moment he exhales slowly.

"When it shifts, it shifts an entire section. A whole chamber, a whole room. I cannot say for certain that it never shifts a partial space as the Necropolis is so large, but I have never known it to do so. And yet here it's only moved a portion. I may be wrong, but I do not feel like this is natural."

Rather, he doesn't feel like it's natural in terms of what's normal in the Necropolis. He's aware that more than a few things that happen in the Necropolis are generally considered unnatural.

"Unfortunately, this changes nothing right now. I have no idea how to find the missing people."
